A cosy hotel in the center of Nice

Very cosy hotel in the center of Nice. It is not the newest, but nicely maintained. The best part of the hotel is definitely the staff, very friendly, always there to help, they make you feel very welcome.

Great location, in walking distance to all sights and museums. The house is not new, but very nice equipped and decorated with love. The breakfasts are great, we stayed over Christmas, the breakfast buffet was amazig! The staff is attentive and very friendly. Highly recommentable.

Good choice in perfect location

People on reception and in cleaning were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. The room was big enough. The matrass was very comfortable, bathroom was recently renovated, the temperature in the room in winter is warm. There was an electric kettle in the room. The TV had many different channels in many languages. Location was very central. There was a table and chairs. One could also put the clothes in the wardrobe. I liked it that the room was separated with the bathroom by a small corridor.

Wifi on the 4.floor was very unstable and kept disappearing every couple of minutes. The receptionist promised they will have a technician checked it up, thank you! There was a weird smell coming out of the ventilation in the corridor of the room, but fresh air from the window helped with that.

Will stay again!

The location is perfect, just 2 minutes to tram station and 7 minutes to train station. The reception team is very kind, they have even prepared the room with gifts for my daughter, very nice touch. Breakfast is really generous, including fresh orange juice and take away coffee. The room with a french balcony, you can enjoy the streetview vibe in the middle of everything and has enough space. Thank you reception team!

Still the best 3 star hotel in Nice!

My 2nd visit and the staff are as brilliant as ever ,the location perfect for shopping and restaurants and the breakfast plentiful and varied.Unfortunately this time the room was overlooking a motor bike parking area and the starting of engines in the early hours did not support a good night’s sleep..particularly as I had an important meeting next day.

Parking can pose a problem on the street. Get the parking app so you can leave car overnight on the street (free) and then pay first thing in the morning (check hours).

The big bonus of this hotel is the personnel. the girls at the reception were very nice and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The hotel has a very good location from where you can visit the main attractions walking. The taxi (Uber) from airport to the hotel was 20 Eur. Breakfast was ok, with a variety of choices. Single room is big enough for a person (I read other reviews that the rooms are small but in my opinion this is not true). the bed is more than enough and comfortable (I think it has 120 cm or 140 not sure but again enough for one person). Bathroom is very big and clean. Very good value for money.

The noise. The hotel has no sound proof, and you can hear the noise from the street and neighbors speaking. In my case I could hear the guys from next door them until 1 PM laughing and talking. Also at 6 pm you start hearing the cars and tram. So if you are a light sleeper prepare for a short night. As other people wrote there is a distance between the door and carpet but I covered it with a towel. I also did not like the smell in the room that might have come from the bathroom drain. These are not big cons but anyways if I would have known the sleeping problem I might have thought twice before booking

Great hotel in this wonderful city. Perfect stay.

Lovely 4 night stay at this hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Perfect location to all the city highlights.

Maybe the rooms were just a little too small, but this really did not take anything off our fun stay here.
